Get pictures of student wearing uniform correctly.
Get pictures from PE dept. showing student with correct uniform…
Idea here go over these items using Elmo, then ask quick quiz questions for summarizing important info… maybe give prizes too (pens, pencils, etc.)
Ask for volunteers and have students demonstrate what they should do… (make safety fun). Quiz audience. A- if no sidewalks available walk on left side street facing traffic and as far off the roadway as possible.
Take picture of our school bus stop.
(Take a picture of our own signs and put them into presentation)
Show students and parents planner and tell parents they should write down these dates with their child into their planner when they receive them (after they turn in their emergency card). Remind parents to plan dentist and doctors appointments, vacations during these and other holidays.
