Born in Padua in 1973, he graduated at Business Administration from the
Ca’ Foscari University of Venice (Italy) in 1998 and attended an MBA at
C.U.O.A. (Vicenza, Italy) in 1999. After many years of corporate finance
experience in Ernst & Young, in 2008 he founded Vangelista & Partners.
He has managed important business turnaround and debt restructuring
operations, business plan activities (particular focus in oil & gas industry
and renewables sector) and M&A projects in Italy, Germany and
Switzerland.
He works as business advisor to private enterprises, acting also as
statutory auditor in industrial and commercial enterprises.
He has been registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants in
Padua and the Order of Accounts Auditors since 2012.
