At the young age of 29 Doctor Cooper was water skiing when he
felt like he was having a heart attack. The doctor advised him that it
wasn’t a heart attack but that he was out of shape and his heart
was not accustomed to the amount of stress it had endured during
this physical activity. It was then that he took his health into his own
hands and decided to help influence the world.
Author of 18 books. Best known seller is Aerobics which was
published in 1968.
