  1. Social Media Integration has brought together all my feeds and data sources into a single integrated view.The features are NOT NEW (always been able to have photographs of contacts)But the usability of crowd sourced and integrated information actually makes these features usable.
  2. The same ideas and approach can be brought to bare on the “airline v airport” mobile app debate.By providing my airline (and airport) account details, then this data can be merged and fused to give me a single integrated view of my journey.This approach also lessens the need for every app to re-invent the wheel.This can be done NOW….but needs agreements on data sharing and standards.Can we create an ACRIS style XML interface for the pax data and airport status.This may also come down to third-party apps.The blockers? Commercials? Who owns the passenger info? Etc.So we need to incentivise this approach
