2. HIS LIFE
Miguel Hernández was
born in Orihuela
He was a leading 20th
century Spanish poet and
playwright
Hernández was born in a
poor family and received
little formal education

3. HIS CHILDHOOD AND HIS YOUTH
He was the second son.
Between 1915 & 1916
went to school
He studied bacalorea
and he recived a grant,
but, his father didn't
want it, and he went to
work in the field.

4. HIS FIRST PUBLICATION
He published his first
book of poetry when
he was 23, and gained
considerable fame
before his death:
“Perito en lunas”

THE MOUTH:
This poem talks about
the feelings that the
partners feels when
they're in love.
In this poem talks
about a person who
doesn't want to live
without his sweetheart.

6. HIS DEATH
Miguel Hernández died
of bronchitis, typhoid
and tuberculosis.
He died in Alicante's
enfermery at 5:32,
28th of march, 1942.
