 To ensure harmonious co-existence for the
next 16 weeks…..
Rules of the game……
 No eating in class
 Switch off cellphones, iPods and iPads or put them in silent
mode
 No unauthorised people in class.

 We excuse ourselves if we leave class
 Attendance: 20 % absences allowed without
acceptable excuse (6 classes).
 More than 15 minutes late or disappearance from
class - you’re ‘absent’

 Acceptable excuses:
 Illness, supported by medical certificate issued by
student’s EPS on official forms, OR by the
University’s medical department (Medio
Universitario).
 Institutional activity, with prior excuse from head of
major
 Exceptionally, by prior agreement with profe.
