This document outlines the journey of an entrepreneur who became passionate about promoting gender equality and challenging stereotypes. It details how they started a platform called Shiftbalance to share knowledge on gender stereotypes and solutions. Shiftbalance produces infographics and identifies campaigns, initiatives, videos, and products that empower women and promote a more balanced world. It encourages people to get engaged and pick their own battles to address issues of gender inequality.

2. It all started with books.

From a very young age…

graduating

strong identity and quality of life

hospitals management allover Europe

12. In 2005, my 6 months backpacking
in Asia gave birth to my blog

13. On my way back, I decided I wanted
to have a career with a social impact

14. Until I reached a tipping point

15. That was also the start of my
entrepreneurial journey

with extraordinary ideas…

search of a project

the Impact HUB in Barcelona

25. Then I applied to organize
TEDxBarcelonaWomen

26. And that’s when I lost my
financial stability

27. And now what?

28. I went to TED Active and got
reboosted

29. And The A Factor started with
innovation journeys in Nairobi

30. But it was not a low-hanging fruit…

31. So I went to Bali and got
reboosted again

32. And came back to organize the
second edition of TEDxBcnWomen

33. When I realized how much I
enjoyed working on stereotypes
and changing the narrative

storytelling workshops for
women entrepreneurs…
