Practice a firm handshake
Always rise when
introducing or being
introduced to someone.
Provide information in

Always act with honesty and
dignity
Don’t use chewing gum at
presence of others
Not to display tattoos and body piercing
Be neat, clean and conservative
Do not cough or sneeze in anyone's direction
Wear appropriate office attire,

7. Dining Etiquettes
Arrive on time.
Wait to sit until the host/hostess
indicates the seating arrangement.
Feel free to ask for suggestions for the order
Wait to eat until everyone has been served.
Practice proper posture;
Bring food to your mouth—not your head to the plate.
Push chair under table when excusing yourself.
9. Make sure of the correct number so as not to risk disturbing
strangers.
Make sure that your conversations with busy people are as
brief as possible.
When calling friends who do not recognize your voice,
announce yourself right away.
After dialling a wrong number simply say, "Sorry, wrong
number."
When the number you are calling is not answered quickly,
wait long enough for someone to put aside what he or she
is doing.
