Function
• Mastering the (re)search part of the job is critical for
recruiting productivity. The reasons are obvious:
– The larger the pool is, the better chances are to make a solid
hire
– Finding a matching candidate, that others don’t, increases the
chance for a hire
– Finding professional background of a potential candidate warms
up initial interaction
• Sourcing reduces the time to fill positions by building
candidate pipelines or Talent Maps
