INTRODUCTION
•

Here I would like to express my deepest gratitude goes to
the department that has given me the opportunity to make the
industrial training in REDCOM COMPUTER CO., LTD
which starts from 17 December 2012 to 03 May 2013.

•
• I would also like to take this opportunity to express my
gratitude to all those willing and generous giving guidance
and invaluable assistance to me during the training industry.
I am also very grateful for my Industrial Training smooth on
the involvement of the parties concerned.

POLYTECHNIC UNGKU OMAR
I run Industrial Training for 5 months has given me the opportunity to
learn and understand more clearly the areas that I want to venture
into over the years. This training is also like an eye-opener, where I
was exposed to real work situations and how to use the knowledge
they have learned at the Polytechnic Campus in the right situation.
The training is also helping me learn how to interact and learn about
hardware and software .Then ,I would also like to thank all
employees Redcom Computer Sdn Bhd for their sacrifice of time and
patience in making my Industrial Training in the company, especially
my employer, Mr. Pot Khoo Chee Wai and my supervisor Miss Toh
Mun Yee has many keep and guide us. He always provide guidance,
advice, encouragement and valuable knowledge to us. Therefore, I
would like to thank them.

Organizational Background
Redcom (formerly known as Red Dot Com) was
established by a group of professionals in Year
1999. It started as a computer retail outlet as the
primary business, I.T. solutions planning and
implementation of network infrastructure as
complimentary business line. In Aug 2000, Red
Dot Com had been officially known as Redcom
Computer Sdn Bhd. As of today, Redcom
Computer Sdn Bhd is having two branches in Ipoh
and one in Sungai Petani. Laptops, Desktops,
Computer Hardware & Accessories, Ink &
Consumables, Software, CCTV Solutions,
Network Configurations & Implementations, Fiber
Optics, Servers & Racks, Barcode & POS, IT

INTRODUCTION • Here I would like to express my deepest gratitude goes to the department that has given me the opportunity to make the industrial training in REDCOM COMPUTER CO., LTD which starts from 17 December 2012 to 03 May 2013. • • I would also like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all those willing and generous giving guidance and invaluable assistance to me during the training industry.   • 4. I run Industrial Training for 5 months has given me the opportunity to learn and understand more clearly the areas that I want to venture into over the years. This training is also like an eye-opener, where I was exposed to real work situations and how to use the knowledge they have learned at the Polytechnic Campus in the right situation. The training is also helping me learn how to interact and learn about hardware and software .Then ,I would also like to thank all employees Redcom Computer Sdn Bhd for their sacrifice of time and patience in making my Industrial Training in the company, especially my employer, Mr. Pot Khoo Chee Wai and my supervisor Miss Toh Mun Yee has many keep and guide us.
