1. Lyoness Basic Information
Registration of New Members
Existing Members can register new Members either online, via the Friendship Flyer or via Online-Flyer registration. New Members can also be registered by SMEs. Once the
registration has been entered into the Lyoness Loyalty Program and the Member ID has been allocated, the Member will start a 30-day Trial Membership during which he can test
the Lyoness shopping benefits. If the new Member makes an initial purchase or an order during the 30-day period, then the Membership will become a full Membership and the
registration is successfully completed. Important: If the new Member doesn‘t make an initial purchase or order within the 30-day period (starting from when the registration is
entered into the Lyoness Loyalty Program), the registration cannot be completed and the Member ID will be deleted. The registration cost of, for example, $ 3.00 if done using a
Friendship Flyer, will not be refunded to the Recommender. These funds will be used to cover administration costs and the printing cost of the Flyer.
Minimum Order Amount (Friendship Flyer): 5 flyers
In addition to valuable information, the Friendship Flyer also contains a temporary Cashback Card/ Plastic (Light Blue Card), as well as the registration and initial order form.
These must be correctly filled out and then sent to Lyoness Canada Inc. There are several ways to do this:
• Hand it in at a Lyoness Canada Inc. regional office
• Send it by mail
• Send it by fax
• Scan it and send it by Email to: office@lyoness.ca
Following registration (and the allocation of the Member ID) each new Member will receive an SMS and an e-mail with their User/Member ID and password for the online
internal Member area.
The sending of the personal Welcome Letter and the personalized Cashback Card is triggered based on the following pre-requisites:
• Purchases of at least $ 300
Production week (Sunday, 23:00 – Sunday, 23:00 GMT+1), offline production deadline (Wednesday 13:00 - Wednesday 13:00 GMT+1)
The entire production that is generated until Wednesday 13:00 GMT+1 will be calculated by the Accounting Program in the same calendar week during the update (Sunday - Monday).

Settlement (Sunday - Monday)
The settlement of the entire Lyoness Accounting Program takes place once a week in the night between Sunday and Monday. Monday morning: Checking of the last booking is
possible via the internet. Benefits etc. will be paid out every week from a minimum amount of $ 10
Transfer/ Pay-Out SMS (Tuesday morning)
A payment SMS will be sent if at least $ 10 has accumulated. The transfer is automatically sent to the bank account which has been provided in the internal Member area under
“My Lyoness/ Personal Details“. (Warning: Transfers can only be made to banks within the same country.)
