Code of Conduct for Staff 
1. Respect one another. 
2. Cooperate with each other. Staff should work together without division. 
3. Respect duties and roles but always willing to do what is needed. 
4. Always keep in mind Hope on the String: Is it progressing or regressing? 
5. No one person is more important than another person. 
6. Do your work when at work and your other business at another time in the day. 
7. Everything should be done without hypocrisy. 
8. All negotiations/decisions should be made collectively, not by one individual. 
9. Staff should arrive early on the day that they have work. 
10. Keep the yard and offices neat. 
11. No throwing trash on the ground.

9. Si yon profesè vin an reta pandan 3 fwa san motivasyon nou pap ka koninye avèl.

Code of Conduct for Teachers 
1. Always come on time. 
2. Sign in when you come to work. 
3. Teachers should inform staff one day in advance if they’re not able to teach class. 
4. If teachers should arrive to class more than 10 minutes late, pay will be deducted. 
5. Teachers are the master of their classes so you are responsible to direct class. 
6. Teachers should give homework. 
7. Build good relationships with staff members. 
8. Respect and love students. Care for students as though they are our children. 
9. If a teacher arrives late three times without notice, employment will be discontinued. 
10. No throwing trash on the ground.

Code of Conduct for Students

3. Students will be considered late after a 10 min grace period. 
4. Students should attend class each time class is scheduled in the session. 
5. Students should respect their teachers and staff. 
6. Students should have books that are required. 
7. Students should submit all assignments when they are assigned homework. 
8. The teacher is the master of the class so he/she has the responsibility to direct class. 
9. Students should respect every teacher as if they were their parents. 
10. 15 minutes after class has started, the student will not be able to enter class. 
11. If a student does not respect the staff or teachers, consequences will be applied.
