An Efficient and Effective Path
to Fitness

 Is the principal strength and conditioning

otherwise know as a hero WOD (workout of
the day)
 CrossFit is more then just a group fitness
class, it is a community with the relationships
you build when you join a Box (cross fit gym)
 Large muscle group exercises build overall
strength
 Rapid and intense interval training help
cardiovascular endurance
 Is very important component from balance to
pushing weight over your head the more core
stability you have the easier it will be
 Crossfit benefits include strengthening
muscle and can also help you lose weight
 It is a fast and effective way to get into shape
 Workouts last between30-40 minutes
 Due to incorrect form and heavy weights
there is a high chance of injury while
participating in CrossFit.
 Boxes (crossfit gym) host competitions where
they invite other boxes to come compete in a
competition of strength and endurance
 It is a great way to challenge yourself and
see growth in your fitness level
 Getting started is easy!
 Find a crossfit gym near you.
 You will have to take a few one on one
classes to learn proper from until you are
ready to hop into a crossfit class
 Crossfit can be for anyone, modifications can
be put in place to help you build strength
towards your goals.
