I will like to share with you my journey and transformation - If possible unveil and convey my encounter, experiences – and hardship with entreprenurship
It is my understanding that life is a journey. And that very often you may pack for China but when you get of the plane you find yourself in Bogota.
So very often the contents of your suitcase doesnt apply..

In the beginning there was no school
There was life. Then came school.
It has to make sense. What you learn should be of value and to be used. For you – and for others
So one of my task is to help build bridges between school and the sorrunding world.
Skills may never stand alone
Eventhough that the justification for implementing entreprenurship in the danish school on my oppinion is based on cost benefit and economic interest
The main ideas complies with my understandings of school and why school. A very important issue for me.
School has to be a gift. A present.
For me it is so important always to start with a WHY. Because from time to time the government shifts and thus also the reasons.
So why school
Each day I have to make sure it makes sence – to me and to the students. It should make a difference so that We could make a difference
One day I found myself back in school. Although I thought I left it for good.
Claus Challenged me and I was introduced to entrepreneurship and CECI
So what started out to be a challenge became my key. A key to enwithen expand my understanding of school.
I found it very giving to learn with my collegues from spain. I discovered that my hardships were commond and shared – and to overcome
So Why school what has to legitimize it
It is my understanding that entreprenuership has its eligibility.

So I had to study…what is innovation and entreprenuership. What did I have know to be able to enligthen my students….
I found that 5 parties were of importance: me as at teacher, my students, their parents, my leaders, the extern partners

How did I do that…
I wanted to start in 1. grade. To make sure the students learned about entreprenuership from the start
I took small steps. One at a time
I tougt them to be open and open minded.
First of all I introduced our ”I wonder table
Both I and the students can bring things
We inspire.We have common interest – and then we use each other and our skills
We played alot We touched each other. We tougth the older students to do the same
I made room for silence. I introduced the volume bottom in order to create silent rooms.
We made ”dream trips” and learned how to use our imagination
I used lego i my musicclasses.
We turned the volume to 0.
We went on a dream/imagination voyage
We listened to different kategories of musik
The students portayed what they experienced.
They shared
We learned not to be afraid of grand musik
I used lego in math to teach the concept symmetri wich is difficult to comprehend
I used lego to teach the students how to construct a frame for fairytales
I used the learning line alot.
Specieally it was good for my less skilled children
To make it visible for them al the things they manage
To let them know they also contribute
It has been so great and meaningfull to work together with our spanish partners.
Together we have helped each other go further
It has been so great to feel like a part of something bigger
I am very greatfull that I met Rune. He really inspired me an tougth me a lot

What have I done – I have dared, I take small steps, one at a time, I make sure to emplement innovation and be innovative each day
What have I learned – That school always has to start with a why, to wonder, that less fortunate kids prosper with entreprenuership
What have I overcome – the hardship with my students, my parents, my collegues, my leaders, and foremost myself
What do I value – that it is almost impossible to destroy and suppres students abillity to stay open and currious . I love to teach – and foremost to learn with the children
