How does your media project
 represent particular social
          groups?
When doing our target audience research we found that the majority of responses
  were from a younger generation (10-19) therefore we decided to try and appeal
mainly to this age group. By doing this we decided to use setting which is known to a
younger age and used characters of a similar age, this enables them to relate to the
                  film. Below is a screen shot of the survey results .
Alice's character was based on Sidney Prescott from the Scream franchise. Sidney is
a high school student who becomes the target of a mystery killer. Our character has
similar traits to Sidney such as her age, casual clothing and general appearance and
                  the fact she cannot see her stalker most of the time.
When researching in to our ‘villain’ character we found that there isn't any
 main zombie characters, they stereotypically don’t have speaking parts and
normally run around in groups searching for blood. We found various images
on the internet of what we would want our zombie character to look like, this
image is good representation of what we wanted to our character to look like
           as she is young and has white eyes and casual clothing.
