This document discusses language management for international events. It describes an initiative by the CSR department of Palmforce Software to provide qualified international volunteers for a figure skating event in Taiwan. Volunteers were required to have varying levels of English ability depending on their division of work. Over 5,000 volunteer applications were received, with most applicants being university students seeking work experience in world-class events and an English-speaking environment. The program aimed to effectively bridge communication between the event organizations and volunteers.

- #8 But, there are many international events that take place in Taiwan each year. For example, the Computex is one of the top 3 annual computer exhibitions in the world and the Taipei Cycle is one of the top 2 bicycle exhibitions as well.
- #9 [4CC] As for the international sport events, for instance, figure skating is recognized as one of the most beautiful sports. This year, in January, there was a competition in Taipei known as the "ISU Four Continents Figure Skating Championships".
