MAKE USE OF THE AVERAGE PER SUB-
CATEGORY (e.g. Quiz, Oral Participation, etc)
THIS IS THE STANDARD GRADING
SYSTEM FOR K-12 FINAL AVERAGE IS TAKEN FROM THE AVERAGE OF THE
SUB-CATEGORIES
(QUIZ + ORAL PART. + PERIODIC TEST) / 3 = FINAL AVERAGE)
MAKE USE OF THE PERCENTAGE PER SUB-CATEGORY.
CAN ALSO BE A STANDARD FORM OF K-12 GRADING
SYSTEM BY EQUALLY DISTRIBUTING THE PERCENTAGE
PER SUB-CATEGORY TO EQUAL 100 PERCENT.
EXAMPLE (QUIZ 33.33, ORAL PARTICIPATION 33.33,
PERIODIC TEST 33.34 WITH A SUM TOTAL OF 100%)
PERCENTAGE TYPE GRADING SHEET
THIS GRADING SYSTEM TYPE IS MADE TO ADDRESS SPECIAL CASE
SCENARIO WHEREIN THE TEACHER FACES CERTAIN PROBLEM IN
COMPUTING THE GRADES
EXAMPLE:
1. NO QUIZ OR ORAL PART. IS RECORDED
2. THE TEACHER WANTS TO GICE THE PERIODICAL TEST A HIGHER
PERCENTAGE THAN THE QUIZZES
IN THIS GRADING SHEET TYPE, THE TEACHER CAN MANIPULATE
THE PERCENTAGE DISTRIBUTION TO COMPUTE THE GRADES.
BASE[N] TYPE GRADING SHEET
MADE TO DEAL WITH STUDENTS IN LOWER GRADES.
THIS GRADING SHEET CAN ADJUST THE BASE VALUE OF RESULTS
THERE IS A GREAT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NORMAL GRADING SHEETS
WITH BASE [N] GRADING SHEETS.
IN THE NORMAL GRADING SHEET STUDENTS WHO GETS A SCORE OF
ZERO(0) WILL HAVE A RATING OF ZERO(0)
WHILE IN BASE[N] GRADING SHEET, WHEN THE TEACHER SETS THE BASE
VALUE TO 20, STUDENTS WHO GETS A SCORE OF ZERO(0) WILL HAVE A
RATE OF 20.
BASE [N] GRADING SHEETS CAN ALSO BE A
STANDARD GRADING SYSTEM FOR K TO 12
WHEN THE BASE VALUE IS SET TO ZERO.
THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT BASE [N]
GRADING SHEET AUTOMATICALLY
CALCULATES THE RATING PER QUIZ OR ALIKE.
THE NUMBER OF ITEMS IS ALWAYS 100.

  • 1. KNOWLEDGE PROCESS/SKILLS UNDERSTANDING PRODUCT/PERFORMANCE GRADING SHEET (SUMMARY) a. AVERAGE TYPE GRADING SHEET b. AVERAGE BASE [N] TYPE GRADING SHEET c. PERCENTAGE TYPE GRADING SHEET d. PERCENTAGE BASE [N] TYPE GRADING SHEET
  • 2. AVERAGE TYPE GRADING SHEET MAKE USE OF THE AVERAGE PER SUB- CATEGORY (e.g. Quiz, Oral Participation, etc) THIS IS THE STANDARD GRADING SYSTEM FOR K-12 FINAL AVERAGE IS TAKEN FROM THE AVERAGE OF THE SUB-CATEGORIES (QUIZ + ORAL PART. + PERIODIC TEST) / 3 = FINAL AVERAGE)
  • 3. MAKE USE OF THE PERCENTAGE PER SUB-CATEGORY. CAN ALSO BE A STANDARD FORM OF K-12 GRADING SYSTEM BY EQUALLY DISTRIBUTING THE PERCENTAGE PER SUB-CATEGORY TO EQUAL 100 PERCENT. EXAMPLE (QUIZ 33.33, ORAL PARTICIPATION 33.33, PERIODIC TEST 33.34 WITH A SUM TOTAL OF 100%) PERCENTAGE TYPE GRADING SHEET THIS GRADING SYSTEM TYPE IS MADE TO ADDRESS SPECIAL CASE SCENARIO WHEREIN THE TEACHER FACES CERTAIN PROBLEM IN COMPUTING THE GRADES EXAMPLE: 1. NO QUIZ OR ORAL PART. IS RECORDED 2. THE TEACHER WANTS TO GICE THE PERIODICAL TEST A HIGHER PERCENTAGE THAN THE QUIZZES IN THIS GRADING SHEET TYPE, THE TEACHER CAN MANIPULATE THE PERCENTAGE DISTRIBUTION TO COMPUTE THE GRADES.
  • 4. BASE[N] TYPE GRADING SHEET MADE TO DEAL WITH STUDENTS IN LOWER GRADES. THIS GRADING SHEET CAN ADJUST THE BASE VALUE OF RESULTS THERE IS A GREAT DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NORMAL GRADING SHEETS WITH BASE [N] GRADING SHEETS. IN THE NORMAL GRADING SHEET STUDENTS WHO GETS A SCORE OF ZERO(0) WILL HAVE A RATING OF ZERO(0) WHILE IN BASE[N] GRADING SHEET, WHEN THE TEACHER SETS THE BASE VALUE TO 20, STUDENTS WHO GETS A SCORE OF ZERO(0) WILL HAVE A RATE OF 20. BASE [N] GRADING SHEETS CAN ALSO BE A STANDARD GRADING SYSTEM FOR K TO 12 WHEN THE BASE VALUE IS SET TO ZERO. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT BASE [N] GRADING SHEET AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATES THE RATING PER QUIZ OR ALIKE. THE NUMBER OF ITEMS IS ALWAYS 100.
  • 5. LEVEL OF PROFICIENCY TABLE AUTOMATICALLY COUNTSTHE NUMBER OF STUDENTS PER LEVEL (B, D, AP, P, A) GRADING SHEET SAMPLE
  • 6. CONTROLS THE NUMBER OF ROWS TO BE SHOWN PER GENDER (CAN BE DONE MANUALLY BY HIDING HE ROWS PER SHEET) CLEARS THE DATA PER SHEET (KPUP)
  • 7. INDIVIDUAL GRADE VIEWER LETS THE TEACHER SEE THE GRADE OF STUDENTS WITHTHE FORM GIVEN. PROFICIENCYLEVEL IN GENERALAVE. IS RATED BASED ON THE ROUNDED VALUE OF THE NUMBER AS SHOWN 
  • 8. THIS GRADING SHEET IS MADE AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE FOR EASY PRINTING. *USERS CAN EDIT THE TAB COLOR/CELL COLOR IN EACH SHEET.
  • 9. *SOME CELLS ARE UNEDITABLE FOR SAFETY PURPOSES. *COMMENT FOR ANY RECCOMMENDATION TO ENHANCE THE USABILITY OF THE SHEET.
