4. Procedure
• First sift the bread flour and measure 2 ¼ cup in the sifted flour
• Then get ½ tbsp. of salt and ¾ cup of white sugar and mix them in the
sifted flour
• Get ½ cup of water and put the ½ tbsp. of instant yeast and 2 ½ tsp of
white sugar and mix it
• Wait for the mixed water and yeast to be foamy
• And when it is foamy put it in the mixing bowl together with the mixed flour
5. • Then mix them all together until you will make a dough
• When you have a dough you must knead the dough for 30 minutes or more
so that the gluten will improved
• when the gluten is improved get the clean mixing bowl ang brush it with
butter then put the dough in to the mixing bowl and cover it with catcha so
that the dough will rise
• After 1 hour get the dough and you will dust the table with foul so that tha
dough will not stick to the table
• Then put the dough in the table then punch it softly so that the carbon
dioxide
• After that you flatten the dough using the rolling pin
6. • After flatten roll the flatten dough and cut it into small pieces
• Get a baking sheet and brush it with butter so that the cut dough will not
stick after baking
• Then dip the cut dough to the bread crumbs and put it to the baking sheet
• After putting it all set aside the it and cover it with catcha so that I will rise
again
• While waiting to the cut dough to rise pre heat the oven for 5 mins
• After 1 hour get the baking sheet with the dough and put it to the pre heated
oven and baked it for 30 – 35 minutes
• After baking the malungay pandesal wash all the tools that you used
