This document contains the agenda for a workshop on building trust in crowd work. The morning sessions include an invited talk and three presentations on studies of crowd workers, focusing on task clarity, the role of empathy in interfaces, and a demographic survey. After a statement marathon, more presentations are scheduled for the afternoon on crowd work platforms, followed by a panel discussion and crowdsourced reviews to close the workshop.
