3. Dupax del Sur District, through the Public Schools District Supervisor,
conducted an orientation and technical assistance session to all public
elementary and secondary schools primarily to discuss the contents of
DepEd Order No. 35, Series of 2022 (Guidelines on Enrolment for SY
2022-2023 in the Context of Re-Introduction of Face to Face Classes) and
DepEd Order No. 63, Series of 2022 (Oplan Balik Eskwela 2022).
All public elementary and secondary school heads conducted teachers’
orientation on the provisions of the said DepEd orders and organized their
respective School OBE Team and designated their School Enrolment
Focal Person (SEFP), Grade Level Enrolment Chair (GLE) and as well as
the ALS Enrolment Focal Person (AEFP).
4. Information dissemination, with the help and support of the Barangay
Officials, was conducted to all the stakeholders especially to the parents,
guardians and learners on the process and modes of enrolment (in-person,
online, drop box) for School Year 2022-2023.
Information materials like flyers and tarpaulins/posters were placed in
public places in the barangay and distributed to the public to guide them
on the enrolment procedures. Announcements were also made using social
media accounts, barangay radio communication system and others.
5. To ensure active partnership and collaboration with all the stakeholders,
the schools established partnership with the barangay officials and other
stakeholders in order to ensure the systematic and successful conduct of
the Oplan Balik Eskwela for School Year 2022-2023.
Designed a district-based online portal (in the form of google link) as one
way to monitor the progress of enrolment data. This also serves as our
District Quick Count as to the number of enrollees for School Year 2022-
2023. Updated data from this online portal will guide the school heads on
the possible issues and challenges they will encounter as they organize
classes/sections, needs in classrooms, teachers and others.

024 Reports, were used as bases for the crafting of the components of the
Basic Education Learning Recovery and Continuity Plan (BE-LRCP).
