1. Just like at school, do things
to keep healthy. Drink lots of
water. Avoid sugary snacks.
Move around. Stretch. Take
breaks. Get sleep. Have a life
outside of teaching - don't
get addicted to your desk
and work. Balance.
Invest in and use under
the desk pedals. They
won't break your bank
and you'll be surprised at
the results of simple
pedalling movement
while you work and
teach.
