1. Accounting & book keeping: Preparation, Maintenance & Reconciliation of books of accounts till
Balance Sheet stage including various tax compliance and Asset Accounting in SAP environment in a
construction company. Currently Associate Finance for various Govt. projects valued around 800 crores
in North Eastern part of India.
2. Taxation: Compliance of various taxes both direct and indirect like Income Tax, Service Tax, TDS, VAT,
Labour Cess for different projects in respective states as per requirements and preparing the online
returns of those taxes.
3. ERP solution: Was the key person in successful implementation and trial run of SAP FICO (ECC 7.0)
module for one financial year in Eastern Regional office of present organisation. Presently feeding daily
vouchers in ERP package and generating various MIS as per requirement of management. Looking after
complete ERP solution (SAP FICO) for Eastern Regional Office.
4. Co-ordination of various Audit: Arranging, coordinating and supervising various audits - Internal audit,
Statutory audit including C & AG Audit and compliance thereof as per requirements.

2. 5. Processing of Bills: As associated finance checking, processing and payments of bills of vendors and
employees of concerned projects as per contract. In addition payments of claims and examine &
passing all expenditures bill of employees through bank and preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
statement including interaction with Bankers for Bank Guarantees related matters.
6. Planning & Monitoring: As Associated preparation of cash flow statements of projects periodically.
Preparation of Capital and Revenue budget and forecasting by generating necessary MIS as per
requirement of higher management. Also involved in analyze accounting/business processes for
continuous improvement of the entity and reporting to DGM, Finance on a day to day basis.
