2. REGULAR STAR POLYGONS
• A STAR POLYGON is a shape that we get when, inside a circumference, we
connect every non-consecutive vertex of a polygon. To draw the star, we
need to put the vertex of the star points on the circumference. These points
are the same as for drawing a regular polygon, but instead of joining the
points consecutively, we will join them alternately until we have connected
them all.

• Star polygons have number, type, step, and density:
• Number is the amount of points the polygon has.
• Type is the number of straight lines, used in drawing it.
• Step is the number of parts every line of the star polygon has.
• Density is the number of times you have to go around the circumference in
order to close the star polygon.
