Main differences to Agile Coach Agile Coach • Focuses on cross-team collaboration • Works with Scrum Masters to establish collaboration and coordinate organization-wide changes • Participates in the organization- wide change management • Facilitates cross team events such as Big Room Planning or Scrum of Scrums Enterprise Agile Coach • Focuses on Portfolio using techniques such as Agile Portfolio Management • Main concern is business agility • Works with executives / directors / VP’s. • Works with PMO to facilitate the Portfolio processes • Works with Agile Coaches to help drive the Agile adoption in the organization • Can be the Scrum Master for the Executive team
