•The Quel has a built in Web Browser which can be
locked to the Utility’s website, and can be used for
marketing and communication between Utility and the
customer.
•The Quel has a built in Email system which can be
locked into 2-way communication between customer and
Utility, sending billing information, alerts, new offers, and
general marketing information.
•The Quel allows grouping of customers, giving the Utility
the ability to target groups of customer depending on
how they may partition them.
