They found that consumer behavior has changed. First, people carry devices and these devices can be used as an eReader. Experts also think textbooks are likely to be replaced by eBooks citing the already large market for professional books. Other factors PricewaterhouseCoopers (2010) indicate as influencing the eBooks’ future is the high cost of converting to a digital format and copy protections and piracy.
