13. You will now see the Holdings page … If the book is out on loan, there will be a date in the Due date column. This book is out … and is due to be returned to the Library on 29 / 11 / 2010

16. You will be asked to identify yourself … Log in using your student / staff numberand your ALEPH password SMTJOH001 ........
17. You will be asked to identify yourself … Log in using your student / staff numberand your ALEPH password SMTJOH001 ........ Your default ALEPH password is your date of birth in the format YYYYMMDD

20. The Hold Request page will open … You can specify the date after which you will no longer need the book
