  8. In groups of five work with someone new Link to last exercise suggest stages in leadership. Card sorting exercise five stages on card place them in the sequence that you agree is the best fit. Q Why have you placed them in this sequence Q Does this resonate with where you are now? Q Do you feel the stages could be skipped? Q What will it feel like to get to the top of the stages?
