the “No Account” button then click. An online registration
form will appear.

your PIK as indicated in your registration. This will serve as

the “Activate Business Center” tab. This will send you to a
registration form for joining MyLX.
6. Step 5: MyLX Activation page will open. Fill-up Sponsor
ID, Placement ID and Position under “Kit Information”.
Click “Submit” button to sent you to confirmation page.
7. Step 6: Double check the information especially the
Sponsor name and Placement. Enter PIK & register your
account by clicking on the “Submit” button on the bottom.
8. Step 7: A registration result page will open. To complete
your registration, you need to enter Product Pack Sales
Code (PPSC) by clicking on “Enter PPSC” button. This will
send you to a form to enter your PPSC.
9. Step 8: Fill-up the information required on the form.
PPSC can be found at the back of the card by scratching
the hidden numbers. Click “Submit” button to register.
10. Step 9: Verify registration if successfully done by
“logging in” to your account.

Go to www.mylx.biz for your MyLX transactions.
