•   Develop a School Ning (CEC Ning)

•   Provide in-house Professional Development on opening workday
    for deployment

•   Key Parent buy-in to facilitate recruitment of parental involvement

•   Parent Portal for information on grades, attendance, etc.

•   Create a goal team to facilitate technology instruction strategies

•   Focus groups with community stakeholders
