Well, frequent showering may actually be doing you more harm than good.
Showering too often, especially with hot water, actually is bad for your skin.

help their skin become less sensitive, preventing allergies and conditions like

In general, you can probably skip a day or two.

and ask myself: if today were the last day in my life, what I wanna do what I'm

Dr. Mary Vearncombe says the initiative has been piloted on three units and been
very well received by both patients and staff.

percentage points. Our patients have become and are becoming much more
sophisticated about their health care”.
As a physician, Dr. Jeremy Gilbert says he would never be offended by being
asked about hand hygiene.
“I look at it as a relationship I have with patients, that I'm there for them.

And this is one way I'm there for them and if I didn't wash my hands I'm actually
doing them a disservice”.

I see my name in the newspaper I feel like God has given this honor to me and I
should have accepted.
Malala's life changed forever on October 9th 2012.
Malana way home from school in Pakistan's SWAT Valley a group of armed
Taliban boarded his schoolbus asked for her by name and shot her in the head.
To other classmates wounded in the attack, but Malala has injuries were so
severe doctors didn't think she'd survive.
She was early lifted to a military Hospital in Peshawar she had surgery to remove
the bullet lodged in her shoulder.
From the UAE to Germany to the US doctors from around the world offered to
treat the hunger.
But Malala through to the UK but she continued treatment at the Queen Elizabeth
Hospital in Birmingham.
