The Sophia b coaching system has been informed by my work with Master Super- 
Coaches working with senior leaders and their leadership teams in global corporates, 
international education and charity sectors. 
Through my experience in the designing, researching and structuring of bespoke world 
class support programmes for high performance leaders and teams I have developed 
Sophia, which is now at pilot stage. 
This is intended to be a challenging programme rooted in the premise that the best 
decisions and choices are made through the application of wisdom. 
• The world is uncertain and changes rapidly - we need to be able to change in 
response 
• Change starts at the level of the individual – we want to make wise decisions and 
maker better choices. 
• People perform better under certain conditions – increasingly they are looking to 
find deeper meaning from their work 
• High performance has a wider definition than hitting a target, thanks to greater 
regulatory and public scrutiny – expressions of dissatisfaction can reach wide 
audience, i.e. social media

Through my experience in the designing, researching and structuring of bespoke world class support programmes for high performance leaders and teams I have developed Sophia, which is now at pilot stage.
