• e-SAT is an electronic version of the Self-
Assessment Tool for Results-based Performance
Management System/RPMS

purposes of self-reflection to clarify
performance expectations and determine which
competencies to focus on.

improvement of teacher of teacher competencies and
validate if the interventions provided are effective.

coaching and mentoring.
