8. MORE
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
• Premier Deluxe Rooms are our 2nd lead-in
accommodation line.
• Our lead-in room category is our Deluxe Room.
• However, the Deluxe Room inventory is limited.
Hence, we are proposing our Premier Deluxe
Rooms.
• We understand the need to provide similar room
types to your participants and we can do this with
our Premier Deluxe Room category for your event
in July 2013. Plus the complimentary upgrades.
9. MEETING SPACE & MEETING
REQUIREMENTS
• With no firm dates but only an indication that
the event is scheduled to be held between
between “mid to end July 2013”, we propose
our Royal Ballroom as the venue for the main
plenary session.
• Other smaller meeting rooms are available
should these be required.
10. MEETING ROOM REQUIREMENTS
• Cluster set-up for 70 persons: we can do this
• Up to 06 persons per table: we can do this
• Complimentary overnight hold of main

(with 10 persons to 01 table)
• The room is more than adequate for 70 persons with cluster

22. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
(payable on accommodation price plan)
• If Room Rate is US$140nett, commission is 15%
• If Room Rate is US$130nett, commission is 12%
• If Room Rate is US$120nett, commission is 10%
Commission is applicable on “paid room night”.
Commission is not payable on “applicable
Service Charge and Government Taxes”
23. OTHER ADMIN NOTES
• All prices quoted are inclusive of the applicable Service
Charge and Government Taxes.
• Space (accommodation, meeting and dining) has not
been blocked.
• Confirmation of the event at Grand Soluxe Angkor
Palace Resort & Spa is subject to space being available
at the applicable price plans at the time we are advised
of the acceptance of our offer.
• Terms & Conditions: covering areas like Cancellation,
Payment, will be further discussed once our offer is, in
principle, acceptable.
