• You will need to produce a lot more work than at AS, so be prepared!
• This is just the minimum expected- you should do more than this if you really want a
high grade. You will be rewarded for originality, creative thinking and extra effort.

14 Record Label research Research 3 record labels from your genre. Research history, logo, artists,
promotional material, location, year established, divisions and parent

15 Advertisement research Analyse 3 music magazine adverts from your chosen genre. What are the
conventions?
16 Audience Research 1 Create a questionnaire (at least 10 questions) and ask at least 20 people
what they expect to see in a promotional package for an artist. Make
sure you get details of their demographic.
17 Audience Research 2 Analyse your results. Create graphs/pie charts and upload to your blog.

1 Initial Ideas Discuss initial thoughts. What starting points did you have- genre, song,

5 Image Annotation How would you like your artist(s) to look? How will you represent them?
6 Concept What is the concept that you have decided on for the video? Include
sketches – locations/costume/special effects/key shots.
7 Storyboards Upload your storyboards and discuss why you have created a storyboard.
Explain why ideas have changed since the initial plan.
8 Lists of Props,
