TEACHER AS CHANGE
              AGENT
When change is possible, teachers are the change agents. What push
teachers to become change agents are issues such as a) care and
competence, b) equity and excellence, and c) social and economic
  developments.

The skills that the teachers of moral purpose should possess in order to
become a more effective change agent are the followings: inquiry,
habits of „questioning, experimentation, reflective practice, personal
journals, action research, working in innovative mentoring and peer
  settings.

Finally, collaboration and communication are important for life long
   learning.

                         Hanadi Mirza hanadym@hotmail.com 21
MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Teacher as Moral & Change Agent
Maintain Your Moral Mission as a Teacher

Since education is a moral purpose, the teachers‟ moral purpose is to make a
difference in the lives of students regardless of race, gender, socioeconomic
status and others. Their aim is to help students become productive citizens
who can live and work in increasingly dynamically complex societies.

CHANGE is always Possible Even at the Smallest Scale Which is the
  Classroom.

                            Hanadi Mirza hanadym@hotmail.com 22
