     This study is to establish the best
telemetric design for a flood monitoring device.

     Specifically, to answer the following

1. What is the average values using the
   following parameters:
  a) Water level, and
  b) Response time of the system?

2. What are the physical specifications of the
   designs?

3. How much would cost to develop the
   designs?

4. What is the significant difference between
   the reading in terms of:
  a) Water level, and
  b) Response time of the system?

      Two test per trial
  c) 30 trials
