  heterogeneous groups of 4-6 individuals.

 Each slide of the presentation will include
  questions that will be discussed in the assigned
  small groups and as a large group.

 Videos provided can be accessed by clicking on
  the pictures on each slide (videos are
  hyperlinked to the images provided).

      1. As a group, discuss your understanding of
         globalization. (2-3 minutes)

      2. Let’s watch the video provided to hear
         how our world is flat.

      3. After watching this video, as a group,
         discuss how a flat world affects education
         today. What are the implications for our
         students? (5-7 minutes)

      4. Large group discussion: What is
        globalization, and what are its implications
        for education today? (5-7 minutes)

    adapt to global trends?
                    
         1. As a group, discuss how we can reform our school
            to better prepare our students for global trends
            in postsecondary education and the workforce. (5-
            7 minutes)

         2. Let’s watch the videos provided to view other
            ideas of education reform.

         3. After watching these videos, as a group, discuss
            methods of education reform we can put into
            practice now in our school. (5-7 minutes)

         4. Large group discussion: How can we reform
            education at our school now? What are the
            implications of using global trends to drive
