3. Learner Analysis
The groups consists of 24 teachers. The group is 33 percent female
and 77 percent male. The group is also 100 percent White and 100
percent college graduates. There are 12 teachers of academic
subjects, four special education teachers, and 10 teachers of elective
subjects. The age of the teachers ranges from 24 to 51.

Why is it important to maintain an online presence?
How can we leverage the employee website to engage stakeholders without
actually talking to them?

1. Learners will have the ability to upload, link, and organize
information within their individual teacher websites.
2. Learners will be able to identify individual strengths and
weaknesses within the employee website.
3. Learners will be able to communicate with students and parents
using the employee website.
