Ramadan (Ramazan) is the ninth month of the
Islamic calendar.

It is also known as the month of fasting to teach
Muslims about patience, humility, and spirituality.

Muslims focus more on prayer, charity, and
kindness during this month.

The pious refrain from eating and drinking from
dawn until sunset.

and have no disabilities or illnesses.

Muslims are encouraged to recite the entire
Quran, and especially the Takbir (prayer).
