Introduction
A teacher as a professional will always be found in a school setting. There will be no school
without the teacher because a teacher’s official working place is a school. A school is an institution
where learning occurs under the guidance of a professional called the teacher.
You will also find yourself in one of these schools when you become a full-pledged teacher.
How does a teacher operate or function in a school setting? How will a teacher manage the physical
as well as the psychological environment in the school?
