IRT Surveys Ltd is a pioneering UK-based company that has surveyed over 15 million square meters of flat roofs, 5 million square meters of cladding, and 150,000 houses using thermography to identify energy inefficiencies. - This one image sums up the whole building, £7191 of wasted energy a year, heat loss in red and yellow, foot demonstrates how big the energy loss problem is, like traffic lights – red represents big problem, orange a slight problem and green demonstrates there is no energy loss.
- This image shows an insulated and double glazed house on the left and an un-insulated single glazed house on the right. The Carbon Hotfoot reveals the overall performance. Red foot = bad! Green foot = good. The foot is dynamically linked to the image and effectively fills with red and yellow pixels.
