This tutorial is designed to help in accessing the Propel Schools website. It focuses on directions for parents to login to view Skyward Family Access.

5. Skyward Family Access This login area is NOT for Family Access. This login is for teachers

6. Skyward Family Access Mouse over the DISTRICT RESOURCES tab to see the PARENT ACCESS tab.

7. By clicking on this, it will open the FAMILY ACCESS page.

8. This is where parents can enter their LOGIN and PASSWORD

9. Student name ( if more than one student in school you have option to change) Contact info .( please notify School of any changes ASAP Options -change login, password, or email General Information: calendar Student information, gradebook, message center, attendance, discipline

10. Calendar view In the calendar view, you can see assignments that have been entered. You can click on the individual assignment and a new window will open to show further information regarding the assignment.

11. Student information Under the student information tab, you will see your contact information. Please make sure that this information is current. If not, please contact your building secretary with the updated information.

12. Gradebook view Progress Report Missing Assignments Teacher’s log Comments

13. Attendance Color coded: By utilizing the various tabs in the attendance page, you can view under the calendar view, a daily view, or you can see trimester totals.

14. Discipline Under the discipline tab, information will be documented if there are any issues in the school building relating to behavior.
