This document outlines Saint Peter Public Schools' facilities plan to address issues of overcrowding, limited space, and future growth. It proposes renovating and expanding existing elementary and intermediate schools, upgrading the middle school, and constructing a new high school. The plan would consolidate early childhood programs into one site, accommodate K-1 at the South elementary and 2-4 at the North intermediate. It would also create a new high school with 850 student capacity and space for performing arts, athletics, and community programs. The estimated $58.6 million budget and tax impact of $225 per year for a $150,000 home are presented, as well as approval rates from comparable districts.
