For this criteria I will be producing a written evaluation of the effectiveness of magistrates and juries
in the administration of justice in the English legal system.
Firstly, I will define key terms, e.g. Lay person, magistrates, Jury members etc.

A Lay Person has no formal qualification in law.
Magistrates
Magistrates are volunteers who hear cases in courts in their community. Each case is usually heard
by 3 magistrates, including a magistrate who is trained to act as a chairperson

2. Effective Peer Feedback
The progress I have made in my ability to provide effective peer feedback is that I try as hard as
possible to correctly see all the errors on the essay and make sure that the author knows about it and
fix it for their original essay. This method really help out the author so that they know what they

I know that for personal essay, it is more of a relax essay and quite fun to write. However, research
papers are quite hard to write as you have to incorporate quotes and support your claim with articles
relating to the prompt. In this writing class, we had four assignment in which three of them was an

a creative way such as drawing, doing a brochure, take pictures, etc. I experienced four types of

how she had spent considerable time and money assembling books of importance to Latino culture,
