What is required to prepare our young people for tomorrow’s social, cultural and economic futures? How can we best personalise learning for each individual student? What workforce will our students graduate into? What would the ‘world’s best’ look like? What have we always done in schools for no good reason?

Context overview Building success Future direction Lessons learned I support students to take responsibility for their own learning by co-constructing and reviewing student individual learning plans, linked to clearly articulated learning goals and timelines. I negotiate effective spaces for learning with students providing a blended, flexible and connected environment, based on student learning needs, styles and purposes. I use reflective tools and strategies with students to foster metacognition and guide future learning pathways.
