2. My favorite assignments were…
• One of my favorite assignments was the letter to the next class. I
thought that that was a good idea for the next class to see what
Learning Frameworks is all about.
• My second favorite assignment was our self assessment. I enjoyed
seeing how I changed throughout the semester.
• My third favorite assignment was the 32 day commitment. I did miss
a couple of days, but for the most part I stayed right on top of things.
3. My favorite journals…
• Journal number 1 was one of my favorites because I got to see how I was
at the beginning of the semester.
• Journal number 11 was also one of my favorites because it was me
writing about where I was in the future.
• Journal number 8 was another favorite because I enjoyed writing my
own script about my inner guide and myself.
4. My favorite module was…
My favorite module was week 10. No, it
isn’t because that means the semester
is almost over, but because I got to see
how much I changed from week 1 to
week 10.
5. Three lessons I will carry…
• Keep pushing forward no matter what
• Believe in yourself
• Don’t let one bad thing, ruin everything
6. Self assessment scores…
Accepting personal responsibility 23 46
Discovering self-motivation 27 34
Mastering self-management 31 46
Employing interdependence 23 47
Gaining self-awareness 34 49
Adopting lifelong learning 31 34
Developing emotional intelligence 31 43
Believing in myself 21 42
Throughout the year I have
learned that me believing in
myself has come a long way. I
have even felt it through the
semester. Another thing that
went up is accepting
personal responsibility. I am
super proud of myself and
even when I get out of this
class I want to continue
going the way that I am.
7. Dear Future Students of Learning Frameworks,
Learning Frameworks has been a very interesting/unique course. I have learned new learning and studying
strategies, how to manage my time in school and outside of school, I have done many different journals
going over my emotions, inner conversations, and so much more. This class has helped me figure out how to
be more successful in the long run and how to help me change bad habits I have at this moment. Before I
had gotten into this course, all through my high school careers and through the first part of my college
semester I found myself procrastinating more and more as time went on. I hate when I procrastinate and I
find myself doing it often. After going through this course I learned why push it further? Your work will
continue to pile up and up so why not get it done at the beginning so you don’t have to worry about it. While
procrastinating, I found myself having to be stuck home instead of doing stuff with family and friends and
having to work for hours so my work wouldn’t be late. I learned that procrastinating is not good in any
situation and I have found myself stopping myself when I try to make excuses fort things. I have been trying
to do my work as soon as possible so I can spend free time and times that things pop up with family and
friends instead of having to be at home finishing homework that I told myself I would do a week ago. If I
could explain this class to anyone I would have to say that after taking this course you will learn how to be
successful through your school career and out, how to change your learning/study strategies, and you will
have many journals going over yourself that you would never think to think about. I am a firm believer that
this course has helped me change some of the habits I have struggled with like procrastinating and believe
that I will continue to use the techniques I have been introduced. I recommend any freshman of college to
have to take this course. It will help you understand yourself and your success in more ways than I can
explain.
