Can Games Teach Organizational Behavior?
Why Games? Games can be personalized to be better adjust to the learner. Games engage the player emotionally and cognitively => they represent a natural way to provoke behavior change. Games are played by people with an average age of 35 years old. “Until you engage someone emotionally as well as cognitively, you cannot effect behavior change.” - Sharon Slone “Games are the most elevated form of investigation” - Einstein
