Lucky Dragon is Las Vegas’ first casino resort
designed from the ground up to create an authentic Asian

Vegas that was included in virtually every

McCarran International Airport is the
principal commercial airport serving Las
Vegas. The airport is one miles from the
Strip. McCarran Airport currently operates
93gates, with 720 takeoffs and landings

LVEIRC Lucky Dragon Project
The USCIS approved LVEIRC as a Regional Center and also approved Lucky Dragon
as an Exemplar project on July 5, 2012
PROJECT ADVANTAGES
I-526 Approval :
As one of the few recently approved Regional Centers and projects, LVEIRC is at a significant
advantage to other Regional Centers and projects that were approved under the USCIS’ previous
set of standards, or that are still in the system awaiting approval
Because all aspects of the project will be owned and managed by our group,
the USCIS has indicated there will be NO tenant occupancy issues.
Faster Approval :
All the project documents have been pre-approved by USCIS,
USCIS will only check investors' Source of Funds, background & health condition.
Total EB-5 Funds :
$115 million,accept a total of 230 investors who will each contribute US$500,000 in exchange for an equity
interest in Lucky Dragon
Investment Security :
The investors will hold 99.82% equity interest in Lucky Dragon, after 3 years operation, the marketing value of
the project at the time of planned sale/refinance is estimated to exceed US$200 million, which is greater than
the total contribution from the EB-5 investors., Investor in first position for capital return.
Green Card Security :
According to USCIS, each investment should create 10 direct or indirect jobs. So the number of required EB-5
Jobs for Lucky Dragon project is2,300, the Project Economic Report shows the project can create 2,870 jobs,
which is more than 570.
Project Development :
The capital investment will be used by Lucky Dragon to develop a luxury Asian-themed casino hotel offering a
unique gaming experience along with retail, restaurant and spa amenities.
Development Purpose :
Aiming to promote the economic development and job creation in the Targeted Employment Area of Las Vegas.
