3. Positive Feedback
-We found that people liked the main image for the album cover as it
contains purple lighting and the fairy lights which are featured in the
music video. This image is also used on our website, magazine cover and
as our social media profile picture. This means we have created a
recognisable image of Nova which shows synergy throughout our ‘media
products’.
-Another positive was the quality of the images and the way they had
been edited to a purple tone which links to our colour theme of purple
which can be seen throughout the music video.
-Mrs field our media teacher also liked our font we had chosen as it suits
our music genre of wonky funk and is quite abstracts and different. She
also liked the dividers with the artist name and the name of the single we
are releasing.
4. Improvement feedback
- As a way of improving our digi pack we were told in our half
way evaluation that we need to exaggerate the synergy, to
make it clear about how the images fit together, as they were
not all the same tone of colour.
- We were also told to to change the background of the CD
cover from white to a colour that suits our artist such as
purple.
- The size of the actual CD was not a proper circle and looked as
tho the image had been stretched and was not in proportion
to the rest of the album images.
7. Changes made…We made this
image more purple
to create synergy
and link in to our
colour theme.
We also added the
image of the lava
lamp which
features in our
music video to
make it more
colourful and
abstract which
reflects in our
video
As a result from the feedback we received, we changed the
white background image to a pink/purple theme to reflect our
artist. We also made the CD more circular so that it was in
proportion and accurate.
We also made a
collage of all the
different images of
Nova to give an insight
into the music video,
and portray the
different sides of her
and highlight her
sense of style and
fashion.

more purple to make all
the images on the digi
pack link.
We kept this image
the same as it had a
positive response
and showed clear
synergy with the
rest of our ‘media
products’.
